Hi, my name’s Vikki and I’m a level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for improving people’s health and fitness changing people’s lives for the better.
I’ve always been pretty active since a young age trying to keep up with 2 older brothers was a challenge but I threw myself into everything I could and made sure I gave it 100%! As a child I typically danced and got involved in musical theatre but also participated in swimming galas and running. I completed the London Marathon in 2015 and what a great experience it was, the sense of achievement was phenomenal and to give my clients that same feeling is amazing.
Most recently I have taken up Muay Thai and I have completely fallen in love with it. It’s a full body workout, great for core strength, fitness level and power. You need balance and co-ordination too so it’s not just about hitting pads as hard as possible! I trained out in Thailand in January 2016, it was an amazing experience getting professional advice from fighters themselves and making sure my technique is the best it can be.
My sessions consist of a variety of different training techniques to keep sessions fun but challenging to always keep the body guessing and to make sure you are progressing each and every session. I will provide you with motivation and support throughout the session and give advice whenever you need it no matter what you are trying to achieve I will help you get there!
