    Working out with Jordan is never a chore. I’ve been one of his clients for just over a year and I see him 3times a week. He always makes our sessions varied and that keeps it interesting. He has taught me a lot about the different pieces of equipment and how to use them but also how best to use them to achieve the results I want. Jordan tailors what we do in my sessions to my individual needs and fitness levels. He pushes me to do new things and exercises that I would never have attempted in my own. Without Jordan’s help and guidance I would not have become a regular gym user. He is an outstanding Personal Trainer.

    Jordan is an excellent personal trainer. He has assessed my goals well and targeted the sessions to develop those areas. As a result, my core strength and running times are already improving after only a few weeks. Jordan is enthusiastic and a good motivator – his PT has made my training much more specific and rewarding. His quiet encouragement will allow you to push out extra effort than most people can manage on their own. Highly recommended!

    Writing this review for Jordan it was very tempting just to spin off the usual material, all of which would be totally fitting; he is a diligent, innovative instructor who is sensitive to your needs and what your body can do.
    The difference is that PT with Jordan changes your perception of gym work, your mindset changes, you start achieving goals, exceeding your expectations and all the while his patient encouragement never falters, he constantly changes the program so your mind and body have to keep stepping up to the mark. Three years later and my body has definitely changed being two sizes smaller with muscle tone. Would I recommend Jordan….absolutely!

    I cannot recommend Jordan enough as a personal trainer. I met Jordan 3 years ago and had never been in a gym before. He has help me to achieve personal goals, keep up my fitness whilst pregnant and now, whilst helping me to continue with other goals, he helps train my son too.

    Jordan, as well as being one of the nicest people I know, is a great Personal Trainer too.

    He’s helped me back to playing football after dislocated knees, torn ligaments, broken bones…you name it! Thanks to him I’m also not the skinniest person on the planet anymore, I actually have some muscle. Jordan might be slightly annoyed at me because I can lift more than him now 🙂

    As someone who has been going to Jordan for Personal Training for 5 years, if you’re looking for someone to help you achieve goals I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
